The house was built in 1972 by Marcus Schneider's parents.
Today, a well-equipped holiday apartment awaits you in the attic, combining history and hospitality.
Around 30 years after it was built, Marcus took over the house from his parents. Together with his wife, Ina, he raised their two sons there.
When the children grew up, moved out, and started their own lives, Marcus and Ina decided in the spring of 2025 to convert the upper floor into a short-term rental apartment.
It is located in a quiet and popular residential area on the Königsberg, on the southern outskirts of Bad Arolsen.
The neighborhood is characterized by well-maintained single-family homes, green gardens, and a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for those seeking tranquility while still wanting quick access to the center of Bad Arolsen.

You will receive your personal PIN code for the electronic front door lock from us no later than your day of arrival.
