The prices for an overnight stay at Timeout Apartment range from €80.00 to €125.00 per night.

The basic prices per night vary depending on the season, special holidays, and major events in the region.
The price includes accommodation for up to 2 guests, who can look forward to stylish furnishings, a cozy atmosphere, and the perfect location for excursions.

• Low season: €80.00 per night
• High season: €100.00 per night
• Public holidays: €115.00 per night
• Event days in the region: €125.00 per night

Whether with the whole family or with friends, the Timeout Apartment offers plenty of space for relaxing days.
Our cozy attic apartment is perfect for families or small groups of up to five people.

• Children up to and including 2 years old are charged €0.00 (please do not list them as guests when booking).
• Children aged 3–18 are charged €10.0
• Adults are charged €15.00.

A minimum stay of two nights applies to your stay at the Timeout Apartment.

This gives you plenty of time to relax, enjoy the apartment in peace, and explore the beautiful surroundings of Bad Arolsen.

Our bedroom invites you to rest and relax with two comfortable single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) – ideal if you are traveling as a couple or if one person wants to settle in early while the others enjoy the evening.

In the living room, our large lounge sofa in front of the fireplace (1.60 x 2.00 m) offers the perfect place for two people to cuddle, dream, and sleep, while our long chill-out sofa behind the fireplace (1.00 x 2.00 m) is a cozy retreat for reading and sleeping for one person.

We offer the following discounts on the base price and the additional charge for extra guests:

• 10% discount from the 7th night
• 15% discount from the 14th night
• 25% discount from the 28th night

The longer you stay, the lower your price per night can be.

The rental price for the Timeout Apartment includes everything you need for a carefree stay, except for the final cleaning:

• Well-designed, well-maintained, and high-quality furnishings – everything you would expect from a well-equipped vacation apartment.
• Fresh bed linens, cozy blankets, towels, and consumables appropriate for your length of stay and the number of people staying with you.
• No hidden additional costs for electricity, water, and heating.
• Stable Wi-Fi so you can stream and work without any problems.
• Bicycle parking in the house under the roof terrace, entrance door directly behind the parking lot.
• Parking space directly on the property next to the house.
• We pay the visitor’s tax to the city of Bad Arolsen for you.

Everything is well organized and prepared for you – so you can enjoy your vacation in a relaxed and carefree manner.

The final cleaning fee is €40.00, regardless of the length of your stay.

This includes a deep clean of the entire apartment (floors, bathroom, sanitary areas, etc.) after your departure, as well as the washing of all bed linens, blankets, and towels provided by us, so that our next guests find the Timeout Apartment in top condition.
